It has been quite long since I last wrote about a gel eyeliner. I love wearing eyeliners in my eyes in both forms whether in liquid or gel. Mostly they are black in colour but sometimes I love to apply some different shades in my eyes especially for some special occasions. I prefer blue after black. Today I'm with LOreal Paris Super Liner Sapphire Blue Super Intenza 36 Hours Eyeliner. If you remember my previous post about LOreal Paris Festive Fever products, you might remember this product.

In the mirror of my own experience
The L’Oreal Gel Eyeliner comes packaged in an elegant box with gold and black accents which mentions all the necessary details. The actual product comes in a beautiful round glass pot with a silver screw on cap. The pot comes with an eyeliner brush which is very helpful to create neat lines. The packaging is beautiful and luxurious.

L’Oreal Paris Super Liner Gel Intenza 05 Sapphire Blue is one of the most beautiful shades in this range. It is navy blue in colour with some shimmers that make it more pretty. The colour looks greyish black from far but if you see it from near, it looks the same as mentioned.

The texture is soft and creamy. It glides on beautifully like a dream.
I apply the liner with the brush. The brush is good for creating both thin and broad lines. The only problem with the brush is that it doesn't hold much product so that you have to dip it in the bottle several times to get enough product. You can use an angled brush to save yourself from this problem.

The liner sets easily and dries quickly on the eyes. Coming to the lasting power, L’Oreal Saphire Blue Gel Eyeliner lasts for a whole day. It doesn't smudge on the eyelids as soon as it dries . However, it does smudge a bit after a while if applied in waterlines because it's not completely water proof.
I can't comment on the claim of 36 hours staying power but it has really a long lasting eyeliner. The liner comes off easily with a makeup remover or baby oil.

Finally...
Overall I'm impressed with The L’Oreal Paris Super Liner 36h Gel Intenza. It has great quality and has some lovely shades in their range. I have 2 shades but would love to buy one more. However, it is a bit expensive but to see its high quality I will recommend my readers to buy one of your favourite shade when you get some discount on it.
